JHGD-10A Automatic 10cavities silicone mould lipstick filling machine

Model JHGD-10A is an automatic designed for the production of hot filling mould products such as high quality lipstick, lip balm, cosmetic pencil etc..
For filling, have 3 mainly part:
1st: pre-heating for the aluminum mould or silicone or silicone mould.( avoid the hole on the lipstick, material can fluid to filling)
2nd:filling device( from down to up filling, can avoid air bubble.)
3rd after heating function, this is deal with the hole of the lipstick after filling, thus can added the lipstick drawing force.
